We should offer vaccine incentives

I strongly believe vaccine incentives will help to motivate the undecided about getting the vaccine.

Some of the incentives should be tied to mass gathering events. An example of this could be a valid vaccine card must be presented to attend concerts, Rider games, community fairs/rodeos and exhibitions, etc. I would also support a vaccine lottery for those who have got their vaccines.

Not getting vaccinated is lengthening the pandemic and increasing health-care costs for everyone.
